Great days brewing today! I brewed a special Harvest Ale, with 100% of the hops coming from my garden here in Dunedin, picked yesterday afternoon. This lot here was one of three hop additions added throughout the brew... The aroma was amazing both during the brew and when we were picking the hops yesterday. So zingy!
